This painting is simply a case of getting completely carried away with paint, and colour. I just started dripping, and didn't stop until there were layers and layers of pure colour crawling over each other. The paint is thick and intertwined with all sorts of textures and reactions against itself. Ripples, drips and even cracks as the thick layers of paint dried as I continued to work on it. All sealed and varnished to capture the action.
Please note that due to the many layers of paint, and the sturdy, solid timber stretcher frame, this painting is quite heavy, so will need to be hung professionally.
